S3 Training Solutions LLC is a veteran owned company. In the US Army, "S3" is the department responsible for training and operations. It is the principle section for all matters of training plans, organization, force development, and modernization.
We couldn't think of a better name for a company that shares information with clients and educates them so that they can make informed decisions. We provide clients with vetted information and support to assess their personal risks and protect themselves from threat.

Growing up in Georgia, Michael was raised around firearms from an early age. Safety was always priority #1. As a teen, anyone was welcome to go shooting with him as long as they were safe. After leaving the US Army, Michael concentrated on his education, earning his first degree and growing his young family.
After much thought and soul searching, he decided his favorite passion in life was firearms. Michael continued his education with renewed purpose and we are 7 years into his quest to be the most well-rounded and approachable firearms instructor in Arizona. Even though he comes from a military and law enforcement tactics background, Michael saves that style of teaching for more advanced courses. We want people -civilians- to be comfortable, so they can safely train with their firearm.
He graduated as an Emergency Medical Technician in 2015. He immediately continued his training as a gunsmith and earned his Degree of Associate of Science in Firearms Technology in 2017. Michael then spent the next year working for a precision match-grade ammunition manufacturer. He developed new loads and analyzed existing data. Michael then went on to work with a precision custom-made long distance rifle manufacturer. In order to gain more and varied experience, Michael was then contracted to be the gunsmith for a company that uses fully automatic machine guns. Michael strives to keep learning. He continues to train and instruct with other firearms instructors to learn different demonstration techniques and teaching methods.
During his downtime, Michael was -and still is- a class taking machine. He believes in practicing every day-especially if its just for 5 minutes. Michael can usually be found at the range, practicing what he teaches. He also regularly drills with law enforcement members and other tactic experts to remain current with prevailing tactics.
He is certified through the NRA to teach the following classes

Before joining the US Army, Diana worked in the industrial and construction industries. She filled a variety of roles, from Receptionist to Office Manager to Assistant Project Manager.
After leaving the US Army, she attended culinary school. She quickly excelled and was promoted to Sous Chef of a 1000 table a night restaurant. Diana missed her family and left the restaurant industry to seek a better work/life balance.
Diana puts her many skills to use as our Operations Manager. She says, "I can't think of a better business partner. Of course, I might be biased though. Michael is an expert and professional in anything to do with the firearms industry. His depth of knowledge is absolutely incredible and he handles that side of business. His strengths are every area where I have a weakness. My strengths really compliment his shortcomings."
